Q: WHAT IS T-MOBILE TUESDAYS?
A: T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers on qualifying plans with free stuff, amazing perks and chances to enter to win epic prizes. Download the T-Life app and open it every week to see what exclusive perks are available to you in T-Mobile Tuesdays. See terms and conditions for more information.
Q: WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN T-MOBILE TUESDAYS?
A: T-Mobile wants to thank as many customers as possible–that’s why all T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers on qualifying branded monthly rate plans can participate. Most consumer and business monthly plans that include voice and data qualify, along with home internet customers. Every qualifying line can participate if considered to be in “active status.” To be eligible, customers must be at least 18 years old or legal age in their jurisdiction. Eligible customers can download the T-Life app and visit the Tuesdays section to start receiving perks. Phone lines designated as “Kids’ Lines,” Government accounts, payday/paygo plans, select data only plans, plans without data and T-Mobile Connect plans are not eligible.
Q: I’M NOT A CUSTOMER, HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
A: Only qualifying T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers are eligible to receive perks. Non-customers can enter for chances to win prizes by visiting amoe.T-Mobiletuesdays.com and following the registration instructions.
Q: WHEN DO PERKS START AND END?
A: Open the T-Life app as early as 5:00:00am ET each Tuesday to see available perks. Perk end dates and times vary. After you’ve saved each perk, you can see how long you have left to redeem by visiting the My Stuff section. Don’t let them expire!
Q: HOW DO I SAVE A PERK?
A: Tap the Tuesdays tab in T-Life to check out available perks. When you see a perk you want, tap “Save to My Stuff.” You’ll be able to redeem many perks later in the week, but only if you save them while they’re available. When you’re ready to redeem a perk, find it by visiting the My Stuff section at any point before the Redeem By date/time listed in the Terms. You’ll also be able to see how long you have left to redeem in the My Stuff section.
Q: HOW DO I REDEEM A PERK?
A: Your saved perks can be found in the My Stuff section, which can be accessed by tapping “My Stuff” in the T-Mobile Tuesdays tab of the T-Life app or on the T-Life homepage. In the My Stuff section, you’ll be able to tap to view redemption steps for each of your saved perks–simply follow the on screen instructions. Perk end dates and times vary; be sure to redeem each one by the date listed in its details.
Q: HOW DO I GET LOCAL PERKS?
A: When local bonus perks are available in your area, you can score them by granting location service permissions to your T-Life app. Just head over to your device’s settings and turn your location services on. Precise location data will only be saved for 15 days. You can learn more about how we use and protect your data by reading our Privacy Notice.
Q: IS IT POSSIBLE FOR PERKS TO RUN OUT?
A: Occasionally perks are so popular they run out. If a perk is no longer available, you’ll be notified during redemption within the Tuesdays section of the T-Life app.
Q: WILL ALL YOUR PERK PARTNER’S LOCATIONS BE PARTICIPATING IN EVERY PERK?
A: We do our best to ensure full partner participation, but specific franchisee locations and some partner locations may be unable to participate due to geographical limitations.
Q: MY ACCOUNT IS IN SUSPENDED STATUS. CAN I STILL ACCESS MY STUFF?
A: If your account is suspended and you are logged out, you won’t be able to log back in and won’t have access to My Stuff. You’ll be ineligible to save any new perks until your account is resumed. To regain access to your My Stuff, you’ll need to call Customer Care.
Q: WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO WIN PRIZES?
A: To enter for a chance to win prizes, you must be a legal resident of any one of the fifty United States, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands or the District of Columbia and age of majority or at least 18 years of age. The app and website(s) are not for use by people under the age of 18.
Q: WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL RULES?
A: Official Rules for current sweepstakes can be found in the Manage section of the T-Life app. Tap “Manage,” then tap the settings gear icon, tap “Privacy & policies” and tap “Official Rules” under the Tuesdays heading. You can also find the Official Rules by tapping here.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF I’VE WON A PRIZE?
A: It depends on the week! Tuesdays offers customers opportunities to enter for chances to win prizes in both instant-win and traditional sweepstakes formats. Instant-win games will reveal the prize you’ve won after you tap “Play now,” while other games may provide an opportunity for you to create an entry for a chance to win a prize from a drawing. Potential instant-win winners must follow on screen instructions to complete the prize claim and verification processes. Winners via prize drawing may be contacted via email, phone number, Docusign or FedEx parcel. If you hear from redemption@t-mobiletuesdays.com or either of our Fulfillment Center phone numbers (844.544.6057 or 312.614.4946), you'll know it's the real deal.
Q: WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO REDEEM A PRIZE?
A: Well, so we know you’re you! We use your personal information to make sure you’re eligible and to know what documents we need to send to help you claim your prize. In the event that your prize must be shipped, your information may also be used for fulfillment and shipping purposes. Cash prizes and prizes valued $600+ may require additional personal information to be collected. These details will only be used for prize fulfillment and taxation purposes as applicable.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRIZE?
A: The time it takes to get your prize will vary according to the prize partner and the type of prize you’ve won. As a potential winner, you’re subject to a prize validation process. Prizes valued $600+ may also require an affidavit process. Some prizes will be shipped to you (usually within 4-6 weeks), while other prizes require you to travel, so fulfillment times will vary. Instant-win prizes may be delivered on screen in real-time. Failure to complete required forms on time may result in your prize being forfeited. Details will always be present in the week’s Official Rules.
Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES FOR PRIZES I’VE WON?
A: Unfortunately, Uncle Sam wants to be part of the sweepstakes fun. Any one prize or combination of prizes in a calendar year valued at $600+ is subject to income taxes, meaning we may require additional information from you in order to be awarded. This may include your social security number. T-Mobile will issue you the appropriate IRS form, if needed. You will receive all necessary paperwork via Docusign sent by redemption@t-mobiletuesdays.com or shared directly within the T-Life app. Your information will be safely stored and used only for prize fulfillment and taxation purposes.
Q: WHAT ARE MY ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE?
A: Your odds of winning an instant-win prize will depend on the time of day you tap “Play Now” and whether or not that time has been randomly seeded for an available prize. If you’re entering for a chance to win a prize using the T-Life app or AMOE website, your entry will have the same odds of winning as any other entry. All prizes are awarded through the same systems. Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY APP OR WEBSITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO REDEEM A PRIZE OR PERK?
A: First, check the terms of the prize or perk for important redemption information. Terms can be found at the bottom of your screen when you’re viewing each perk. If an issue with a perk appears to be occurring on the partner’s app/website, contacting their customer care team may also prove helpful–just be sure to let them know you’re calling about a code from T-Mobile Tuesdays. For prizes, additional details can be found by reviewing the Official Rules for each sweepstakes. In any instance where a prize or perk redemption is not working, please contact T-Mobile Customer Care by calling 877.453.1304, Metro by T-Mobile Customer Care by calling 888.863.8768, or by dialing 611 on a T-Mobile network device. The following are examples of situations in which you should contact Customer Care:
- You were attempting to authenticate and you never received the PIN
- Your app is crashing repeatedly or not working
- You’re not able to participate in the T-Mobile Tuesdays weekly sweepstakes (only if you have not already participated that day and your account is in good standing)
- Your prize or perk is missing
- You were in the middle of claiming a prize and your phone crashed, and now the prize does not appear in your My Stuff section
- You claimed a prize or perk, but it does not appear in your My Stuff section
- The redemption code for a perk doesn’t work, or a partner app or website isn’t working

Q: IS THERE A WAY FOR ME TO FIND OUT WHO WON PAST SWEEPSTAKES?
A: To learn who won any given sweepstakes, mail a #10 SASE to Redemption Center: T-Mobile Tuesdays Sweepstakes–Week #XXX (MM.DD.YY) Winners List Request, 345 N. Morgan Street, #1000, Chicago, IL 60607. All requests must be postmarked and received within six months from the end date of the sweepstakes. Limit one request per outer envelope. Requests must reference the week number or sweepstakes start date to be processed. Make sure you include the date within the “Week#XXX” and/or “(MM.DD.YY)” section so our team knows which sweepstakes you’re inquiring about. ¬

Q: I’M A T-MOBILE EMPLOYEE. HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
A: T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile employees can use the T-Life app to save and redeem perks, but employees are not eligible to enter for chances to win sweepstakes prizes.
Q: WHAT IS T-MOBILE DINING REWARDS?
A: You can earn 10% cash back on Tuesdays when you dine-in, order takeout or order delivery from thousands of participating restaurants nationwide using your linked card when you join T-Mobile® Dining Rewards. Earn 5% any other day.
Q: HOW DOES T-MOBILE DINING REWARDS WORK?
A: To get started, join for free today. To enroll, visit T-Mobile Tuesdays and tap the T-Mobile Dining Rewards perk. Follow the steps to complete your T-Mobile Dining Rewards profile. Link a credit or debit card with your T-Mobile Dining Rewards account so we can track where you dine and award you cash back.
Q: HOW DO I FIND PARTICIPATING T-MOBILE DINING REWARDS RESTAURANTS?
A: To find participating restaurants near you, tap here. Search by location, restaurant name or cuisine type, then filter and sort results to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Q: HOW DO I EARN AT PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS?
A: Order and pay with one of your linked credit or debit cards to automatically tell T-Mobile Dining Rewards that you’ve dined. You’ll earn 10% cash back at participating restaurants when you dine on Tuesdays. Earn 5% any other day. T-Mobile MONEY card customers earn an additional 1%. Visit the Account Center to see how much cash back you’ve earned. Once you accumulate $10 in cash back, your earnings will be applied as a credit to your most recently used linked card.
